Each year the PTO partners with Three Rivers Farm in Franklin and sells annual hanging baskets and potted flowers. Additionally, bulbs, seeds and other gift items (great for Mother’s Day gifts) are available for direct ship.

Ordering is open from March 1 through April 24, 2025.

Orders will be available for pickup on Thursday, May 8th from 2:30-6pm at CMS in the car pick up line (closest to Pleasant St).

Some helpful hints for the Three Rivers Website Ordering Process:

• Hanging baskets and 3-potted annuals still come in 3 color options, just select the color you want in the drop-down box

• “Pickup only” for hanging baskets and potted plants means pickup at CMS, not at their location.

• If you are not able to pick up and someone else will be picking up on your behalf on May 8th, please email us at cmsptonh@gmail.com or enter instructions in the “Gift Message” box

• All other items will be shipped to you or the address you indicate directly from Three Rivers.
