Each year CMS PTO creates and sells a yearbook for CMS students, their families, and staff to treasure for year’s to come! We coordinate with CMS teachers and staff to make the content of each yearbook as reflective and inclusive as possible.
5th Grade Yearbook Cover Art Contest
All CMS 5th grade students are invited to submit artwork for the 2023-2024 CMS Yearbook Cover Contest! Please review the rules/directions provided and encourage your 5th grader to participate. All submissions are due to the 5th grade classroom teachers by January 26th, 2024. Extensions can be granted under special circumstances.
Once the submissions are collected, CMS PTO will narrow down the submissions for the 5th grade to vote on the cover art they feel is the best fit for the 2023-2024 CMS yearbook.
Please note, ALL submissions will be featured on the back of the yearbook!
The student who’s artwork receives the most votes will receive a free copy of the yearbook in the spring.

Photos in the yearbook are a mixture of photos submitted by teachers and volunteers background checked by volunteers. We consult with CMS’s Administrative Assistant regularly to identify students who’s parents or guardians don’t want the student photographed in any capacity. Please reach out to the CMS Yearbook Editing Team at cmsnhyearbook@gmail.com with any questions/concerns regarding this topic.
We encourage CMS parent/guardian who have completed the SAU8 background check to take photos of CMS events whenever possible! Photos can be uploaded directly or e-mailed to cmsnhyearbook@gmail.com
